Refund Policy

At Colzzi, our mission is to help parents create calmer, safer sleep for their babies. We stand behind the quality and effectiveness of our products and encourage customers to allow a reasonable adjustment period to experience the product’s benefits.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase within our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee, please contact us at support@colzzi.com and we’ll be happy to assist.


90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We’re confident that Colzzi products will make a positive difference in your baby’s comfort and sleep. We recommend using the product for a reasonable trial period to assess suitability.

If you are still unsatisfied, you may request a return within 90 days of delivery for a refund excluding original shipping fees, where applicable.

To initiate a return, please contact us via our Contact Us page or email support@colzzi.com, including your order number or the name and email used at checkout.


Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The product must be returned to us

  • Items must be returned in clean, hygienic condition

  • Items must be free from stains, damage, odours, or misuse

  • Original packaging should be included where reasonably possible

If a returned item shows signs of excessive use, damage, or handling that prevents resale, a 30% restocking fee may apply to reflect loss of resale value.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that are not in resellable condition.


Cancellation Policy

Orders may be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

After this time, orders may already be in processing or transit and cannot be changed or cancelled. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Approved cancellations are refunded within 7 business days.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for:

  • Creating the return shipping label

  • Paying all return shipping costs

We strongly recommend using a tracked return service. Colzzi is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected and are typically issued within 3–7 business days of inspection.


Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging every order. An item is considered damaged only if it has a defect or physical breakage that occurred before arrival. Minor packaging damage is not considered product damage.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at support@colzzi.com with clear photo or video evidence. If approved, a replacement will be issued at no cost.

We do not refund or replace items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, improper cleaning, or misuse.


Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to couriers, customs processing, weather, or other factors outside our control.

If an order is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but not received, we will assist with a courier investigation where appropriate. Refunds or replacements are issued only once a parcel is confirmed lost due to carrier error.


Refused Delivery & Return to Sender (RTS)

Customer-Caused RTS

If a delivery is returned to sender due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

  • Missed delivery attempts

  • Refusal of delivery

  • Failure to collect from the courier or depot

No refund will be issued, including original shipping fees.

Orders returned under customer-caused RTS are not eligible for the 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure accurate shipping information is provided at checkout.


Carrier-Caused RTS

If a parcel is returned to sender due to a carrier error, we will investigate the issue. Once confirmed, a full refund (excluding shipping fees where applicable) will be issued.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address during checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing the order, the purchase will not be eligible for a refund or reshipment.


Policy Updates

Colzzi reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. By purchasing from Colzzi, you agree to the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
