Refund Policy

At Colzzi, our mission is to help parents create calmer, safer sleep for their babies. We stand behind the quality and effectiveness of our products and recommend using them for at least 14 days before considering a return — this allows time for your baby to adjust and for you to see real results. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase after 14 days and within our 90-day Money Back Guarantee, please contact us at support@colzzi.com and we’ll be happy to help.


Cancellation Policy

You may modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this time, your order may already be in processing and cannot be changed or canceled. If your cancellation request is received within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

We’re confident that Colzzi products will make a difference in your baby’s comfort and sleep. We encourage you to use your product for at least 14 days to experience its full benefits. If you are still unsatisfied, you may return your item within 90 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping fees, if applicable). To initiate a return, please reach out through our Contact Us page or email us directly at support@colzzi.com. Include your order number, or the name and email used at checkout, so we can process your request quickly.

Eligibility: Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and free from stains, damage, or odors. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use or are not in resellable condition.


Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging every order to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. An item is considered damaged only if it has a defect or physical breakage that occurred before arrival. Minor damage to packaging (such as dented boxes) is not considered product damage. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at support@colzzi.com with clear photos of the issue. We’ll review the case and, if approved, send a replacement at no cost to you.

Please note: we do not refund or replace items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, improper cleaning, or misuse.


Shipping and Delivery

While we work with trusted carriers to ensure timely delivery, Colzzi cannot be held responsible for shipping delays or issues outside of our control — including those caused by couriers, customs, or weather conditions. If your order is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but missing, please contact the courier directly for assistance. Unfortunately, Colzzi is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once in transit.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address during checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing the order, the purchase will not be eligible for a refund or reshipment.
