Order Processing Times
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched after purchase. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed off to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your address. During peak periods or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
Delivery times depend on your location and may vary due to carrier or customs delays. Below are our general delivery estimates once your order has been dispatched:

🇨🇦 Canada: 7–12 business days
🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 7–12 business days
🇦🇺 Australia: 8–14 business days
🌍 International: 10–20 business days
Please note that courier and customs delays can occur and are outside of our control. We’ll always do our best to keep you informed if your order is affected.
Order Accuracy and Changes
To ensure smooth delivery, please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Incomplete or inaccurate addresses may result in delays or cancellations. If you need to correct your shipping information, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@colzzi.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate any changes, but we can’t guarantee modifications once an order has entered processing.
Delayed Delivery
We work closely with our courier partners to get your order to you as quickly as possible. However, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control — such as severe weather, customs inspections, or local delivery disruptions. If this happens, we’ll stay in touch and help track your package until it reaches you.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package appears lost or stolen, please contact us at support@colzzi.com. Once a package is transferred to the courier, it becomes their responsibility, but we’ll assist you with the claim process and follow up directly with the carrier. While Colzzi is not liable for lost or stolen packages, we’ll always do what we can to help resolve the issue and, in select cases, may offer a replacement.
